He is primarily known as a commentator on the "Holocaust," and is one of the most celebrated "eyewitnesses" to that event. Yet, in his supposedly autobiographical book "Night," he makes no mention of gas chambers. When Wiesel and his father, as Auschwitz prisoners, had the choice of either leaving with their retreating German "executioners" or remaining behind in the camp to await the Soviet "liberators," the two decided to leave with their German captors.
Wiesel became an active member of Menachem Begin's Irgun terrorist organisation after his release from captivity. Wiesel gives many lectures on Holocaust related subjects. He charges $25,000 per lecture plus the use of a chauffeur-driven car.

He means that the non-Jew, or even the doubting Jew, must not dare to investigate what he and people like him have told us about the "Holocaust." Their testimony must be taken as gospel. That "mystery" which is "sacred" must be received as a matter of faith, and, as with all other holy mysteries, must forever remain mysterious if it is to retain its sacredness. No matter what the evidence, no matter what the conflicting testimony or history. Anyone who breaches this faith will be deemed a "holocaust denier," and punished accordingly.

"Is there a more contemptible poseur and windbag than Elie Wiesel?… he was a member of Menachem Begin's Irgun in the 1940s, when that force employed extreme violence against Arab civilians and was more than ready to use it against Jews… For Wiesel all Arabs are Muslims, and even if they happen to live in Jerusalem… he asserts that, in 1948 ‘incited by their leaders, 600,000 Palestinians left the country convinced that, once Israel was vanquished, they would be able to return home.’
This claim is a cheap lie and is known by Wiesel to be a lie. It is furthermore an utterly discredited lie, and one that Israeli officialdom no longer cares to repeat. Israeli and Jewish historians have exposed it time and again. Every Arab broadcasting station in the region, in 1947 as well as 1948, was monitored and recorded and transcribed by the BBC, and every Arab newspaper has been scoured, and not one instance of such ‘incitement,’ in direct speech or reported speech, has ever come to light.
The late historian and diplomat Erskine Childers issued an open challenge on the point as far back as the 1950s that was never taken up and never will be. And of course the lie is a Big Lie, because Expulsion-Denial lies at the root of the entire problem and helps poison the situation to this day. In a brilliant reply to Wiesel published in ‘Vesti,’ Israel's largest Russian-language paper, Israel Shamir compares him rather leniently not to Jabotinsky but to the Knight of the Doleful Countenance and his mad quest for purity: ‘Be reasonable, old man.
Stay within the frame of the story and within the bounds of common decency. Don Quixote did not drive his jeep into Toboso to rape his old flame. OK, you loved her, and thought about her, but it does not give you the right to kill her children, bulldoze her rose garden and put your boots on her dining-room table.’
Shamir speaks of the beautiful city that Palestinians centuries ago: ‘… adorned with a magnificent piece of jewelry, the Golden Dome of Haram al-Sharif, built their houses with pointed arches and wide porches, and planted cypresses and palm trees.’ He's wasting his time on Wiesel, who says that Palestine was a desert before he arrived there as one of Begin's thugs, and who slanders the people he helped dispossess, first by falsely saying that they ran away from their beloved ancestral hometown and second by disputing their right even to feel nostalgia for it.
In 1982, after Gen. Ariel Sharon had treated the inhabitants of the Sabra and Shatila camps as target practice for his paid proxies, Wiesel favored us with another of his exercises in neutrality. Asked by the ‘New York Times’ to comment on the pogrom, he was one of the few American Jews approached on the matter to express zero remorse. ‘I don't think we should even comment,’ he said, proceeding to comment bleatingly that he felt, ‘sadness – with Israel, and not against Israel.’
For the victims, not even a perfunctory word. As I write, it looks as if the same Sharon will become Israel's prime minister. If you recall, he occupied West Beirut in September 1982, after the assassination of the Maronite Prime Minister Bashir Gemayel, on the announced and highly believable pretext that Palestinian civilians would need protection from Phalangist reprisal.
He then sent into their undefended camps the most extreme faction of the Phalangist militia and backed up the dirty work of these notorious fascists with flares during the night, and rear-guard cover during the day, for thirty-six hours before having them escorted out in triumph and thanked for their work. In other words, the bulk of US overseas military aid is about to be lavished on a man who stood with hands on hip, in belt and boots and steel helmet and binoculars, and saw a mound of human corpses rise, and who thought it good. For this outcome, the soil has been manured by the beautiful thoughts of Elie Wiesel."Christopher Hitchens is part Jewish and very pro-Jew. His critique of this Jewish icon cannot, therefore, be dismissed lightly.
The inclusion of the Wiesel quotations and critiques may seem out of place. They are included to highlight the difference between the reverence that the US establishment, in the shape of George W. Bush, accords to the likes of Wiesel, and what the shabby reality is. The fact that Bush minor would refer to him in such an important speech says a lot. It says even more about his speechwriters.

Remember his airplane? Remember it went off course. It was off course for no more than ten minutes and fighter jets had been scrambled to fly along beside it. Now if we have four simultaneous hijackings why were no planes scrambled to intercept those planes for seventy-five minutes? The Andrews Air Force base website has taken down information saying that it maintained a ready-response scramble force to protect the skies over Washington D.C. "The day after the attack on the World Trade Center, the ‘Jerusalem Post,’ the most respected and famous Israeli newspaper in the world, reported that 4,000 Israelis were missing in the attack on the WTC… The Foreign Ministry compiled the number from Israeli relatives who in the first few hours after the attack, contacted the Israeli Foreign Ministry and gave the names of Israeli friends and relatives who worked in the WTC or who had business scheduled in it or its adjacent structures.
Even without seeing the article in the ‘Jerusalem Post,’ logic alone would tell you that there would be many hundreds, if not thousands of Israelis in the World Trade Center at the time of the attacks. The international Jewish involvement in banking and finance is legendary. Two of the richest firms in New York are Goldman-Sachs and the Solomon Brothers; and both firms have offices in the Twin Towers. Many executives in these firms regularly commute back and forth to Israel.
New York is the center of world wide Jewish financial power and the World Trade Center is at its epicenter. One would expect the Israeli death toll to be catastrophic. The ‘Jerusalem Post’ certainly thought so on September 12, 2001… When George Bush made his speech before Congress, it turns out that he made a significant error… Bush made a point of saying that in addition to thousands of Americans, 130 Israelis died in the WTC. The implication was to say that Israel shared in our suffering, and that we and Israel are in this thing together.
Upon hearing the number of 130 Israeli dead, it seemed suspiciously low to me. If 4,000 Israelis were at the WTC and the WTC death toll was about 4,500 (about 10 percent of the 45,000 people normally in the buildings at that time), the Israeli toll should have probably been between 300 and 500. 130 deaths would have been unusually low.
As a place for doing business and for employment, the world Trade Center was not a huge MacDonald’s; it housed tens of thousands of highly paid, high tech and high level jobs and executive positions. They were primarily international finance, trade, banking and brokerage firms. These are the kinds of businesses where Israelis are traditionally over-represented. I asked myself how there could be only 130 Israelis dead, while there were an estimated 199 dead from Columbia and 428 from the Philippines?
In previous articles I wrote on the September 11 terror, I did not allude to these suspicions because I have always taken pride in not writing anything I could not firmly substantiate. But, while researching this article on Israeli terrorism against Palestine and America, I discovered the most surprising fact I have ever run across in all my years of research and writing.
I discovered a simple fact that has enormous ramifications in regard to the September terror attack. There were, in fact, only three Israelis who had been confirmed as dead: two on the planes and another who had been visiting the towers on business and who was identified and buried. After searching through dozens of articles trying to track down the true Israeli death toll, I finally found a ‘New York Times’ piece that clarified the precise number of Israelis who died in the World Trade Center attack. Of the 130 Israelis President Bush claimed had died in the World Trade Center, it turned out that 129 of them were still alive. Only one Israeli had actually died in the catastrophe of the World Trade Center…
‘Good God,’ I said out loud to myself, ‘only one Israeli!’… The very low death toll of 130 suggested that a number of Israelis at the Trade Center had been warned before the attack. When I found out the truth that only one Israeli had died, there could be no doubt that there had been a prior warning for many Israelis. Having only one Israeli casualty among the 4,500 dead at the WTC is simply a statistical impossibility.
Even if the Israeli Foreign Ministry and the ‘Jerusalem Post’ had grossly overestimated the number of Israelis in the World Trade Center by 3,000 (400 percent), there still should have still been one thousand Israelis there at the time of the attacks. Again, even if only a few hundred Israelis were present at the time of the attack, only one Israeli death occurring there is statistically absurd. Either September 11 had to be a big Israeli holiday, or a number of Israeli citizens had some advance warning of the impending attack. As everyone knows there is a vastly disproportionate number of Jews in finance and banking, there were, however, according to Reuters, no Israeli nationals in the World Trade Centre on September 11th. Interestingly there were a number of Israelis outside the building. On the same day as the Reuters report was released the Israeli daily paper, "Ha’aretz," stated:
"Israelis had been caught videotaping the disaster and shouting in what was interpreted as, ‘cries of joy and mockery.’"The Israelis now claim that three Israelis died in the world Trade Centre: Shai Levinhar, Hagai Shefi and Leon Lebor, although Lebor was certainly born in London.

"The all-embracing website, ‘www.jewish.co.uk,’ has a short but intriguing story of a group of Israeli men detained by New York police on September 11: 'The five men were arrested after they allegedly went up on the roof of a building and posed grinning for photographs with the burning World Trade Centre towers in the background.
The five men worked for a New Jersey moving company. Police found large amounts of cash in their car and suspected them of being terrorists. The deputy secretary of state, Richard Armitage, and two US congressman are trying to get the five released, according to, ‘Ha'aretz'."The story mentioned above can no longer be found at: ‘www.jewish.co.uk.’

"Five Israelis who had worked for a moving company based in New Jersey are being held in US prisons for what the Federal Bureau of Investigation has described as ‘puzzling behavior’ following the terror attack on the World Trade Center in New York last Tuesday. The five are expected to be deported sometime soon.
The families of the five, who asked that their names not be released, said that their sons had been questioned by the FBI for hours on end, had been kept in solitary confinement for three days, and had been humiliated, stripped of their clothes and blindfolded.
The mother of one of the young men explained the chain of events as she understands it to Ha'aretz: She said that the five had worked for the company, which is owned by an Israeli, for between two months and two years. They had been arrested some four hours after the attack on the Twin Towers while filming the smoking skyline from the roof of their company's building, she said.
It appears that they were spotted by one of the neighbors who called the police and the FBI. The mother said that the families and friends of the five in Israel had known nothing of the men's whereabouts for a number of days. ‘When they finally let my son make a phone call for the first time to a friend in the United States two days ago, he told him that he had been tortured by the FBI in a basement,’ the mother said. ‘He was stripped to his underwear; he was blindfolded and questioned for 14 hours.
They thought that because he has citizenship of a European country as well as of Israel that he was working for the Mossad.’ Seven FBI agents later stormed the apartment of one of the Israelis, searched it and questioned his roommate. The Israeli owner of the company, who has US citizenship, was also questioned.
Both men were subsequently released. The families here complained that the Israeli consulate in New York and the situation room set up by the Foreign Ministry there to locate missing Israelis had done nothing to help their sons. The Foreign Ministry told the families that the FBI had denied holding the five and that the consulate had chosen to believe the FBI, the mother said.
The five were transferred out of the FBI's facility on Saturday morning and are now being held in two prisons in New Jersey by the Immigration and Naturalization Services. They are charged with illegally residing in the United States and working there without permits.
The Foreign Ministry said in response that it had been informed by the consulate in New York that the FBI had arrested the five for ‘puzzling behavior.’ They are said to have had been caught videotaping the disaster and shouting in what was interpreted as cries of joy and mockery."WASHINGTON POST. "Officials at instant-messaging firm Odigo confirmed today that two employees received text messages warning of an attack on the World Trade Center two hours before terrorists crashed planes into the New York landmarks. Citing a pending investigation by law enforcement, the company declined to reveal the exact contents of the message or to identify the sender.
But Alex Diamandis, vice president of sales and marketing, confirmed that workers in Odigo's research and development and international sales office in Israel received a warning from another Odigo user approximately two hours prior to the first attack. Diamandis said the sender of the instant message was not personally known to the Odigo employees. Even though the company usually protects the privacy of users, the employees recorded the Internet protocol address of the message's sender to facilitate his or her identification.
Soon after the terrorist attacks on New York, the Odigo employees notified their management, who contacted Israeli security services. In turn, the FBI was informed of the instant message warning. FBI officials were not immediately available for comment today.
The Odigo service includes a feature called People Finder that allows users to seek out and contact others based on certain interests or demographics. Diamandis said it was possible that the attack warning was broadcast to other Odigo members, but the company has not received reports of other recipients of the message."THE JEWISH CHRONICLE. "We reviewed the list of former tenants of the World Trade Center at the on-line ‘Wall Street Journal’ site… notice the moving date for the offices of Zim American-Israeli Shipping to Norfolk Virginia… they vacated one week before September 11 and they broke their lease. The Israelis didn’t pull the attack but they were smart enough to get their people out of the way.
How come our government didn’t do the same thing for us?"
With over 80 vessels, Zim Navigational is the 9th largest shipping company in the world. Just one week before 9-11, Zim Navigational moved out of its World Trade Center offices with over 200 workers. Company spokesperson Dan Nadler said:
"When we watched the pictures, we felt so lucky. Our entire US operations were run out of the 16th floor." The aim of the move 'was to save on rent.'
The 9th largest shipping company in the world, backed up by government money, does not need to save a few dollars a week on rent. LE MONDE. March, 2002.
'A vast Israeli espionage network operating on American territory has been broken up.'
‘Le Monde’ said more than one third of the suspected Israeli spies had lived in Florida, where at least 10 of the 19 Arabs involved in the September 11th attacks on New York's World Trade Center and the Pentagon also lived. At least five of the spies resided in Hollywood, Florida, where alleged hijacker Mohammad Atta and four accomplices in the attacks also lived, the paper said…
Two Israelis lived in Fort Lauderdale, near Delray Beach, where hijackers in the planes that crashed into the Pentagon and in Pennsylvania resided temporarily… This concordance could be the source of the American view that one of the missions of the Israeli, 'students,' could have been to track al Qaeda terrorists territory without informing federal authorities."REUTERS. "The French daily ‘Le Monde’ reported on Tuesday that the United States had broken up a huge Israeli spy ring that may have trailed suspected al Qaeda members in the United States without informing federal authorities. The newspaper cited a secret US government report outlining spying activities by Israelis that it said contained 'elements that support the theory that Israel did not give the US all the information it had about the planning for the September 11 attacks.'
In Washington, however, US law enforcement officials discounted the report, with one calling the assertion of a spy ring ‘a bogus story.’ ‘Le Monde’ said the secret study said the Israelis posed as graphic arts students and tried to enter buildings belonging to the Drug Enforcement Administration and other US agencies. ‘Intelligence Online,’ a Paris-based newsletter that reported on the study Monday, said some 120 Israeli spies had been arrested or expelled and inquiries were continuing…
In Washington on Tuesday, US Justice Department spokeswoman Susan Dryden said of the ‘Le Monde,’ report: ‘At this time, we have no information to support this.’ US officials said some Israeli students had been sent out of the country for immigration violations, not for spying. In Israel on Monday, a spokesman said the prime minister had no comment on the matter…
The French newspaper described it as the biggest Israeli spy case in the United States to be made public since 1986, a reference to the life sentence given Jonathan Pollard, an American Jew who passed US military secrets to Israel.
The Pollard affair strained relations between the United States and Israel... Guillaume Dasquie, editor of ‘Intelligence Online,’ told ‘Reuters’ Monday, the report did not specify exactly what information the alleged agents were seeking. ‘The report shows the clandestine network was engaged in several intelligence operations.
It was a long-term project,’ he said… The newspaper said it had seen a copy of the secret report, and that it had learned that six suspected spies had used portable telephones bought by a former Israeli vice consul in the United States.
Both ‘Le Monde’ and ‘Intelligence Online’ said the DEA had confirmed the existence of the report drawn up for the Justice Department by the drug agency together with the Immigration and Naturalization Service, the FBI and the US Air Force. A spokesman for the US anti-drug agency was not immediately available for comment. ‘Intelligence Online’ said the suspects, all between 22 and 30, had recently completed their Israeli military service and one was related to a two-star Israeli general."MICHAEL CHERTOFF. Chertoff is, more than anyone else, the individual responsible for creating the "Patriotism Act." This act, purportedly designed to combat foreign terrorists in the US, has already been used against the indigenous population, several of whom have already been indicted, tried and imprisoned on the most spurious of charges.
Chertoff was responsible for spiriting back to Israel the 200 Israeli spies who were arrested and then released on Chertoff's orders, in the wake of the terror attacks on 9/11. They had been tracking the terrorists involved in the attacks but did not bother to warn non-Jewish Americans of their activities.
In 1992, Chertoff was awarded the Anti-Defamation League's Distinguished Public Service Award. His wife is a member of the Executive Board of the Anti-Defamation League of New Jersey.

"A number of officials strongly suspect that the Israelis repackaged much of Pollard's material and provided it to the Soviet Union in exchange for continued Soviet permission for Jews to emigrate to Israel. The head of Pakistani Intelligence, General Mahmud, orders an aide to wire transfer 100,000 dollars to Muhammad Atta, arrested yesterday, who is, according to the FBI, the chief suspect in the suicide hijackings and number three in Al-Kaida. Mahmud recently resigned after the transfer was disclosed in India, and confirmed by the FBI. Our allies wiring 100,000 dollars to the lead hijacker, before the attacks. The head of Pakistani Intelligence has to be approved by the CIA director, by treaty.

"The company is Comverse Infosys, a subsidiary of an Israeli-run private telecommunications firm, with offices throughout the US It provides wiretapping equipment for law enforcement. Here's how wiretapping works in the US Every time you make a call it passes through the nation's elaborate network of switchers and routers run by the phone companies.
Custom computers and software, made by companies like Comverse, are tied into that network to intercept, record, and store the wiretapped calls and at the same time transmit them to investigators. The manufacturers have continuing access to the computers so they can service them and keep them free of glitches. This process was authorized by the 1994 Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act, or CALEA.
Senior government officials have now told Fox News that while CALEA made wiretapping easier, it has led to a system that is seriously vulnerable to compromise and may have undermined the whole wiretapping system… The complaint about this system is that the wiretap computer programs made by Comverse have, in effect, a back door through which wiretaps themselves can be intercepted by unauthorized parties.
Adding to the suspicions is the fact that in Israel Comverse works closely with the Israeli government and under special programs gets reimbursed for up to 50 per cent of its research and development costs by the Israeli Ministry of Industry and Trade. But investigators within the DEA, INS, and FBI have all told ‘Fox News’ that to pursue or even suggest Israeli spying through Comverse is considered career suicide…
And what troubles investigators most, particularly in New York, in the counter-terrorism investigation of the World Trade Center attack, is that on a number of cases, suspects that they had sought to wiretap and survey immediately changed their telecommunications processes. "Now, now we’re getting into the heart of September 11th. I picked up this document just a few days after the attacks. September 23rd. And it’s from the Hezlia Institute for Counter-Terrorism. It is an Israeli counter-terrorist think tank. Of course it’s connected with the Mossad… between September 6th and 7th the Chicago Board of Options Exchange saw purchases of 4744 put options on United Airlines and only 396 call options. A put option is basically a bet that the stock price is going to go down. It’s a contract that’s entered into that’s irrevocable…
I do a put option deal with you to sell shares at a hundred dollars in two weeks… Well I know that the attacks are going to take place, I don’t have to deliver the shares until the contact matures. So if I know that the stock is going to crash, he enters into a put agreement with me, agrees to buy the shares at a hundred bucks. The next day the World Trade Center attacks happen. The stocks are selling for twenty dollars. I go buy the shares for twenty, and he has to buy them for a hundred. That’s how a put option works…
So we saw 4744 put options on United Airlines but only 396 call options. On September 10th 4516 put options were placed on American Airlines, bought on the Chicago Exchange, compared to only 748 calls. There were no other similar trades on any other airlines, and this level of put options is 600 to 1200 percent above normal for United and American Airlines. There were also put options placed on Morgan Stanley, which had 22 floors, and Merril Lynch, which had offices nearby… Heavy put options on reinsurance companies.
Munich Reinsurance, the largest in the world, Axer Reinsurance in France, which owned 25% of American… just these ones that were identified, furnished two and a half millions dollars for someone who knew the attacks were going to take place. Nobody claimed the profits. The ‘San Francisco Chronicle’ caught it. We don’t know who made the trades.
Under US laws brokerage houses and banks cannot disclose purchase and sale records or publicly identify their clients. The SEC, the FBI and Congress can find out. To date no government agency has released any information on who used foreknowledge of Sept 11th in the financial markets. And Congress has not even raised the issue for further investigation. But what did the Hezlia Institute for Counter-terrorism tell us? It told us that the United Airlines put options were placed through the firm A.B. Brown. A.B. Brown was the firm headed until 1998 by A.B. ‘Buzzy’ Kromgard, who is now executive-director of the Central Intelligence Agency.
A.B. Brown was sold in 1997 to Bankers’ Trust and then to Deutsche Bank, I think, in ‘98 or ’99. It was an offshoot of Deutsche Bank. Now one thing that I know… is that the CIA, Mossad and major intelligence services, track all stock-trading in real time… so if all these put options were placed on American and United do you think that should have triggered some alarm inside the Central Intelligence Agency? But instead we find that the trades were traced to a firm that was once owned, managed, by the guy who was the number three at CIA…
One of the most frightening things I saw in the wake of the attacks was the story about the two companies that house thirty to forty percent of the prison inmates in this country. They trade on Wall Street based upon the number of human beings that they are housing in prison. And I saw that the stocks of these two companies: Corrections Corporation of America and Wackenhut, went up three hundred percent, in the two weeks after the attacks.
And not only that, you read the story and there was an urgent request outside of the budget for forty thousand new prison beds, that’s before the next year’s budget. Now does anybody think there are forty thousand Islamic terrorists in this country? Who are those beds for? But the Bureau of Prisons budget request is supposed to ask for something… in the order of 400,000 new prison beds. Maybe more…
All right, now let’s look at this. HR 3162. The Patriot Act… This is your constitution. We’re coming now to pay the bill for the price that you… who failed to reconcile accounts after the assassination of John Kennedy, of Bobby Kennedy, of Martin Luther King, of Iran Contra, of Vietnam, of Panama, of Savings and Loan, of the genocide of two million people in Rwanda, of the rendering to radioactive waste of large portions or Iraq with depleted uranium that’s contaminated with plutonium.
The displacement of a million people in Colombia in t he last year. The bills are coming due and now it’s your turn to pay. The Patriot Act that was passed just recently includes several provisions. First of all the FBI can enter your home on a criminal investigation… when you’re not there, without a search warrant. They may seize whatever they want to seize and use it to convict you in a court of law when you didn’t even know they came.
Now how many people know that the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution is supposed to protect us against ‘unreasonable searches and seizures’? The Patriot Act also permits the CIA to share its intelligence files with local law enforcement. Now what does that mean? Everybody knows the agency has been wiretapping people illegally for a long time, so has the FBI… that information, because it wasn’t obtained under a warrant, could never be introduced into court.
Now when the CIA turns all that information over to the Los Angeles Police Department or the Chicago Police Department, they can write it up as a probable cause statement, go out and find one other piece of evidence and put in it all into court. The Fourth Amendment is gone… The Act also provides that local police agencies can share it with the CIA, who can in turn share it with foreign intelligence agencies. You have the beginnings of a global secret police. ECHELON is a program of wire-tapping run by the United States, Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand and Canada and was originally set up on the premise that it is illegal for the CIA to wiretap Americans, but there’s nothing wrong with Canadians doing it. And Americans will wire-tap the British, and the Australians will wiretap… and then we all share it.
That’s ECHELON… In addition the Patriot Act allows cops to search for judges. You don’t have to go to a judge in your jurisdiction. You can go to Joe Friendly judge. Thereby cutting out any judge who might refuse a warrant because it is illegal. We have President George Walker Bush announcing by fiat… that he will now have military tribunals to try terrorists who are being held here in the United States.
And in those military tribunals they don’t have to reveal evidence, if it’s in the interests of national security, they don’t have to disclose the voting, they don’t have to publicize the trial, and the person convicted can be executed even if one third of the officers disagree. The Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides the right to a fair and speedy trial, the right to confront one’s accusers and to examine the evidence against him.
Also under the Patriot Act it is legal for the FBI to come into any business on a terrorist investigation and seize all the business records. And what’s more there’s a clause that if it’s your business, you can’t tell anybody that the FBI was there or they can lock you up. There goes the First Amendment, the freedom of speech... I didn’t become a policeman to break laws. I became a policeman to protect people…
And I am a very poor example. Twenty-three years. I’ve been shot at twice. I’ve been made homeless. I’ve been forced into bankruptcy. I was told that if I ever had children they would be killed. I was denied employment. I was arrested on phony charges. I‘ve had all that in twenty-three years and yet my sacrifice pales by comparison with some brave men I know.
And I’ll mention just two. One is Celerino Castillo, a DEA agent who lives in McAllen Texas in poverty, who watched the CIA loading planes full of cocaine in El Salvador, who confronted Vice-President Bush then, and was told to leave it alone: ‘It’s a White House operation.’
The DEA forced him out and almost killed him, like Serpico. And the other is a marine colonel by the name of Jim Sabow who caught CIA C-130s flying cocaine onto his base at El Toro Marine Air Station and was murdered because of it. People like us, and I’m just one of many, have been trying to tell people like you, that unless you face this now and pay the price, this is what the end result is going to be, and it’s only going to get worse…
Now let me show you what’s on the drawing boards. This is being debated right now. Model State Emergency Health Powers Act as of October 23rd. This goes in conjunction with the 300 million doses of smallpox vaccine that are being ordered. This is an act which will give state and local governments the right to seal off neighbourhoods, herd people into stadiums, close down all transportation, water and communications, seal off everything, suspend the constitution, seize property, and suspend the writ of habeas corpus. All justified under a supposed threat of massive biological warfare.
This is being debated right now. The criminality of this regime is out of the closet. They don’t care any more. "A former Pakistani diplomat has told the BBC that the US was planning military action against Osama Bin Laden and the Taleban even before last week's attacks. Niaz Naik, a former Pakistani Foreign Secretary, was told by senior American officials in mid-July that military action against Afghanistan would go ahead by the middle of October. Mr Naik said US officials told him of the plan at a UN-sponsored international contact group on Afghanistan which took place in Berlin.
Mr Naik told the BBC that at the meeting the US representatives told him that unless Bin Laden was handed over swiftly America would take military action to kill or capture both Bin Laden and the Taleban leader, Mullah Omar. The wider objective, according to Mr Naik, would be to topple the Taleban regime and install a transitional government of moderate Afghans in its place - possibly under the leadership of the former Afghan King Zahir Shah.
Mr Naik was told that Washington would launch its operation from bases in Tajikistan, where American advisers were already in place. He was told that Uzbekistan would also participate in the operation and that 17,000 Russian troops were on standby.
Mr Naik was told that if the military action went ahead it would take place before the snows started falling in Afghanistan, by the middle of October at the latest. He said that he was in no doubt that after the World Trade Center bombings this pre-existing US plan had been built upon and would be implemented within two or three weeks. And he said it was doubtful that Washington would drop its plan even if Bin Laden were to be surrendered immediately by the Taleban."THE ECONOMIST. According to more than one American major television network, the impact arising from the aircraft crashing into the twin towers, dislodged the brittle fire retardant coating from the tower’s structural steelwork. This allowed the steel floor beams to become exposed to the burning jet fuel, causing them to buckle under the intense heat and separate from their wall attachments.
The weight of the collapsing upper floors caused a cascade failure of the lower floors, thus resulting in the total collapse of both towers. This explanation is patently false. A perusal of video footage showing the initial collapse of the North Tower, clearly reveals the communications mast located atop the North Tower collapsing vertically downwards. The mast was mounted on top of a central service column which housed the elevators.
This central service column in turn was supported on massive box-sectioned columns attached to the bedrock, which were fabricated from steel four inches thick. In order for the communications mast to fall vertically downwards, the steel columns supporting the entire central service column must have been severed, down in the basement area of the structure. Severing the steel columns would have caused the entire central service column to drop, thus rupturing the floor beam attachments and precipitating the collapse of the entire tower…
After the calamitous disaster, it was found that the steel columns at the base of the elevator shafts had melted. A temperature of 2800 degrees Fahrenheit is necessary in order to melt structural steel. Even with an ample supply of oxygen, burning jet fuel only attains a temperature of a little over 1500 degrees Fahrenheit. Moreover, burning plastic and furnishings inside the towers generated a great deal of black smoke, which was quite evident as it poured from broken windows. Soot particles in such smoke absorb a great deal of high energy free radicles which are liberated during such conflagrations.
This chemical reaction is known as the ‘wall effect’ and drastically lowers the temperature of the fire to about 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This is why it was physically impossible for burning jet fuel to have melted the steel columns, especially since falling debris from the collapsing floors would have resulted in the basement region of the towers being an oxygen starved area.
The Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory is situated some twenty one miles north of the World Trade Center. The laboratory’s seismometers registered very minimal activity at the moment that the aircraft impacted the twin towers, yet recorded major seismic spikes at the commencement of each tower’s collapse, before the falling debris began to impact the ground. Simultaneously, people evacuating the towers reported hearing explosions, and all cell phones in the vicinity momentarily went dead…
The temporary interruption of the cell phone transmissions is a clear indication that a localized electromagnetic pulse was generated at the commencement of each tower’s collapse. The seismic spikes occurring prior to the falling debris impacting the ground, are the characteristic signature of a ground-coupled nuclear explosion, the explosions heard as the towers collapsed are attributable to the high-explosive detonators used in the initiation of the nuclear reaction.
The intense heat generated by such a thermonuclear explosion would not only melt the steel columns, but could also account for the large quantities of finely pulverized concrete, an anomaly not normally encountered when a large building is demolished…
The organization delegated by the United States Government to investigate the destruction of the World Trade Center was that cesspool known as the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) most of whose staff are more involved with the creation of dossiers on all members of the American public, than they are on disaster relief. Not surprisingly, FEMA investigators ommitted to examine the World Trade Center debris for determination of the explosions heard during the collapse of the twin towers."THE OBSERVER. During a visit to Washington in 2002, Chalabi held meetings with at least three major US oil companies. Similar meetings between Iraqi exiles and US companies have also been taking place in Europe.
